Reinforces Ice Shell Debufs with Frost Resonance

Saki Fuwa's Hearstream boasts the Ice Element and is one of the few weapons with the Frost Resonance that strengthens ice attributes such as Frost ATK and Resistance. You can activate this resonance by equipping at least two ice weapons.

Hearstream boasts a very high shatter rate and respectable charge, making it one of the best shieldbreakers for dedicated Frost Teams.

Stance Changes According to Resonance

Hearstream's weapon stance changes according to your current resonance. With a Fortitude Resonance active, Saki Fuwa's weapon switches to Silent Flow which is a defensive-oriented weapon stance that grants her block charges and increases block by 15%.

With other resonance active, her weapon switches to Excited Flow which is a more DPS-oriented stance that further increases her Frost ATk by 125% and also grants 57% health recovery when dealing damage.

A Strong Shieldbreaker for Frost Teams

Hearstream boasts a very high shatter rate and respectable charge, making it one of the best shieldbreakers for dedicated Frost Teams.

What makes her weapon even stronger than Meryl's Rosy Edge is that Hearstream has a higher attack speed, which makes it easier to break shields.

Overwhelm Enemies with Powerful Ice Attacks

Use Icewind Arrow as your opening weapon and pelt enemies and world bosses with arrows and build up charge. Once the enemy generates a shield, switch to Hearstream to unleash Heartlotus Discharge to deal burst damage.

If the enemy still has a shield up, use the Excited Flow: Flashing Stream to further deplete the enemy's shield. This skill attack also immobilizes enemies caught in the wave, making it a great crowd control weapon.

Once you break the enemy's shield, quickly switch to Frigg's Balmung and set up Frost Doman with Fimbulwinter to quickly deplete its health with powerful dash attacks!

PvE Advancement Priorities

Saki Fuwa 3 Star: Try to get Hearstream to at least 3 Stars to unlock the weapon's Surging Heart and Calm Style stances.

Tsubasa 3 Star: Icewind Arrow receives its Sharp Arrow Attack buff at 1 Star, and can launch three charged arrows at 3 Stars. Both attacks activate when dodging.

Frigg 1 Star: Advancing Balmung to 1 Star grants a damage increase and ice weapon buff. With extra materials, 5 Stars freezes enemies for 2 seconds upon shieldbreak.

Samir	Samir's Dual EM Stars is a great alternative to both Tsubasa and Frigg's weapons. While Volt isn't as strong as an element compared to Ice and Flame, it's ability to paralyze targets with fully charged attacks is very useful in Grayscape where there are a lot of fast enemies.

Defensive Shieldbreak Playstyle

Hearstream is your main opener, using its quick attacks and powerful Skill Attack to deal as much damage to the enemy's shield. Once stunned, swap to Rosy Edge to unleash Frost Barrier which is a powerful AOE that can also trap opponents within the ice barrier to prevent them from escaping.

Switch to Nemesis' Venus when chasing after a fleeing opponent by setting up Electrodes using your Skill and Discharge Attacks. While the Volt damage isn't strong, the electric pulse these Electrodes generates covers a wide area and has a high chance of paralyzing opponents.

2★	Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 16%.
3★	Excited Flow: Increase the damage of Sword of Shadow: Surge to 350% of frost ATK. Silent Flow: The cooldown of Sword Shadow: Surge becomes 5 seconds.
4★	Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 32%.
5★	Freeze time and trigger Phantasia upon Surge hitting the target. Share cooldown with the Phantasia triggered by dodging.
6★	Upon hitting a target with Surge, increase frost damage by 11% for 15 seconds. Upon triggering Sword Shadow, reduce the frost damage dealt by enemy targets by 25% for 12 seconds.

Ice Shell When the weapon is fully charged, the next attack will freeze targets for 2 seconds and leave them frostbitten for 6 seconds. Breaking the ice shell causes additional damage equal to 151.00% of ATK. While frostbitten, the target's weapon charge rate is reduced by 50%.

Saki Fuwa Attacks & Moveset

Normal Attacks

Ragestrean Launch 5 Heartstream attacks while on the ground. The first attack deals 42.5% of ATK + 2 damage to the target and slightly knocks the target back. The second attack deals 29.5% of ATK + 2 damage to the target and slightly knocks the target back. The third attack deals 45% of ATK + 2 damage to the target and slightly knocks the target back. The fourth attack deals 70.6% of ATK + 4damage to the target and slightly knocks the target back. The fifth attack deals 102.6% of ATK + 5 damage to the target and flies the target./td>

Airsplit While airborne or after jumping once, use normal attack to attack 5 times in a row. First Attack: Deal damage equal to 47.2% of ATK + 2. Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 43.7% of ATK + 2. Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 54.2% of ATK + 3. Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 76.9% of ATK + 4. Fifth Attack: Deal damage equal to 170.2% of ATK + 9.

Excited Flow: Vortex In the Excited Flow mode, tap and hold normal attack to trigger the skill. Lunge forward with a swirling multiattack, dealing a maximum of 199.5% of ATK + 11 damage.

Silent Flow: Barrier In the Silent Flow mode, tap while launching normal attacks or tap and hold the normal attack to trigger the skill. Hold the attack button to keep the Anticipation. Release the button to deal 127.3% of ATK + 7 damage. When received attacks during the attacking period, blocks 20% of your max HP.

Frostfall Tap and hold normal attack while airborne, or use normal attack while climbing, jumping backward, or using the Jetpack with normal attack to trigger. While falling, deal damage equal to 30.4% of ATK + 2 each hit. Upon landing, deal damage equal to 76% of ATK + 4 to nearby targets.

Dodge Attacks

Dodge Dodge right before being hit to trigger Phantasia, reducing the speed of enemies within the area. Become immune to hitstun for 0.5 seconds while dodging

Polar Front Tap normal attack during the short period after dodging forward. Dash and turn around to attack the target, dealing damage equal to 277% of ATK + 15.

Skill

Excited Flow: Flashing Stream Dash toward the target and temporarily immobilize enemies along the path, dealing delayed damage up to 445.3% of ATK + 23. Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Silent Flow: Concentrated Stream Cast the Silent Flow skills to begin charging for up to 3 seconds, continuously taunting nearby targets and absorbing damage up to 60% of Max HP. At the end of the charge, deal frost damage equal to 408% of frost ATK + 50% of absorbed damage to targets, and 20% of the unconsumed value is converted to HP recovery. Cooldown: 30 seconds. Enter Silent Flow when Fortitude Resonance is activated. Excited Flow: Flashing Stream is replaced by Silent Flow: Concentrated Stream. Enter Excited Flow when Fortitude Resonance is not activated. The Wanderer can gain Sword Shadow, which follows them around when using Saki Fuwa's skills. Sword Shadow will release Surge when the Wanderer uses Saki Fuwa's branch skills or discharge skills, dealing ranged damage equal to 175% of frost ATK. Cooldown of Surge: 10 seconds. While in Excited Flow: Sword Shadow will release Flow when the Wanderer deals damage with any weapon, which inflicts damage equal to 45% of frost ATK on the first hit target and recovers HP equal to 57% of the damage. The maximum recovery each time cannot exceed 100% of ATK. Cooldown: 0.8 seconds. While in Silent Flow: After Sword Shadow releases Surge, the Wanderer obtains 3 blocks for 10 seconds, and the maximum block capacity cannot exceed 15% of Max HP. Each successful block deals Counterattack damage equal to 225% of frost ATK to the target, and the shatter of Surge increases by 100% with an added taunt effect.

Discharge

Heartlotus When weapon charge is full or Phantasia is triggered, remove all debuffs from the wielder and dash toward the target with a combo attack upon switching to this weapon, dealing damage equal to 536% of ATK + 28.

How to Get Saki Fuwa Weapon

Saki Fuwa and her Hearstream weapon was released on November 10, 2022 in the Global Version of Tower of Fantasy through a limited banner that requires Red Nucleus to pull for her.
