x0 ★ Crits deal additional damage over time equal to 18% of ATK every second for 5 seconds. This effect does not stack.
x1 ★ Crits deal additional damage over time equal to 22% of ATK every second for 5 seconds. Does not stack.
x2 ★ Crits deal additional damage over time equal to 26% of ATK every second for 5 seconds. Does not stack.
x3 ★ Crits deal additional damage over time equal to 18%/22%/26%/30% of ATK every second for 5 seconds. Does not stack.

You have a chance to obtain the Crow Matrix when pulling from the gacha.

Obtain from World Boss

There is a chance that you may obtain the Crow Matrix after you defeat a World Boss.

There is a chance that you may obtain the Crow Matrix after completing a Void Rift.
