Alice Ichijo Biography
The daughter of the Ichijo OSF Hospital's former director, Alice is also Hanabi Ichijo's Aunt. She was the close friend of Fubuki Spring and Karen Travers, and have been friends since childhood before they all joined the OSF.
Being scouted one semester after Fubuki and Karen, she joined the OSF a bit later. She was also engaged with Fubuki and they both planned to marry and go into early retirement after reaching 20 years old. However, this didn't happen, as Alice was killed during a mission.
She is described as a cheerful, smart, and very competitive woman. She also resembles Hanabi.
Story Role

Before the Present
Alice Ichijo is a close friend of Fubuki Spring and Karen Travers and are friends even before their time in the OSF. She was supposed to be married to Fubuki, but was killed during a mission.
Karen's Plot
Later in the game's story, Kasane and Yuito's platoons find out that Karen's ultimate goal of using Red Strings is to travel back in time to find a way to save Alice. He tries to create multiple opportunities to use Red Strings, only to fail multiple times and create entanglements in the current timeline.
Ending
In the end, Karen decides to use Red Strings one more time to travel back and sacrifice himself and rescue Alice from dying. His plan works, as the main characters finally meet Alice in the present day, still a part of the OSF.
