The Fuel Pool Other can easily be found in Kikuchiba. Locate four Fuel Pool enemies and finish them off while Pyrokinesis is active.
Note: Brain Crushing counts, so long as Pyrokinesis is active.
The Buddy Rummy Other can be found in Mizuhagawa District Construction Site. Locate two Buddy Rummy enemies and finish them off with Brain Field Super Armor.

You must first deplete Buddy Rummy's Crush Gauge and then enter Brain Field Convergence. While Buddy Rummy's crush gauge is depleted, perform Brain Crush while you are in Brain Field Convergence.
