A Charge Badge can be found on a pedestal located under a smashable tile using Super Boots. You need Koops to reach the badge.

How to Use Charge Badge

Increases the Damage of Mario's Next Attack

This badge will allow Mario to charge, which takes one turn, but increases the damage of Mario's next attack by 2 for 1 FP. Every additional Charge Badge worn will double the FP cost and will increase the charge power by 1.
