    Note that morale does work on ALL damage, so it scales both plumes and your basic attacks. Morale is probably better than huntdown, but huntdown is a good option too.

    Tested, the phanto basic attacks do not count as skill damage and therefore it is better to an extent. You are, however, losing out on the plume damage, which is significant because the plume damage actually scales pretty well with lumino atk and your proc chance. Would need further testing to see if its worth the like 5% bonus damage on all your basic attacks to completely gut your plumes.

    If he's primarily weapon damage, would huntdown work better than morale?
