    So, this is what i found after testing on 2 accounts: interacting with any of four clues at crime scene can block interactions with all other clues. To fix it, open any menu (for example, Esc menu).

    Sorry, looks like i was wrong. Sometimes an option to interact can disappear from any clue. It appeared again after i pressed V (or maybe cestain amount of time should pass).

    There's a possible soft lock during crime scene investigation. Checking the roof before the garbage bin can remove the option to interact with the bin. Relogging resets all clues and allows to check them again in correct order.
