Rearmed Lilina's inheritable Arcane Truthfire grants her Atk+6 and a warping effect at the start of each turn.

In combat, Arcane Truthfire grants Rearmed Lilina up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14, bonus true damage equal to 15% of her Atk (including for area-of-effect Specials), and 7 damage reduction on her foe's first attack.

More importantly, Arcane Truthfire grants Rearmed Lilina Special cooldown count -1:

  • before combat begins, if she has an area-of-effect Special equipped
  • before her first attack, if she has an offensive Special equipped

This effect allows her to pre-charge Gift of Magic before combat, ensuring that she can trigger it every time.

Gift of Magic has built-in Hardy Bearing and piercing

Rearmed Lilina's exclusive Special Gift of Magic has only 2 cooldown (1 if equipped with Arcane Truthfire) and has built-in Hardy Bearing. This effect counters the common way of fighting against area-of-effect Specials which is using a Vantage effect to attack immediately.

If Gift of Magic triggered before combat, Rearmed Lilina's attacks during combat pierce through 50% of her foe's non-Special percentage-based damage reduction skills.

If Rearmed Lilina's or her foe's Special are either ready or triggered before or during combat, Gift of Magic grants Rearmed Lilina 40% damage reduction on her foe's next attack.

Gift of Magic is a premium Special that works very well with Rearmed Lilina's kit and statline.
