Effect If unit initiates combat or foe's Range = 2, inflicts Atk/Res-10 on foe during combat, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack, and also, if unit receives consecutive attacks, reduces damage from foe's second attack onward by 80%. If foe with Range = 2 initiates combat and foe can make a follow-up attack, foe makes a follow-up attack before unit can counterattack.
