Obtain from World Boss

There is a chance that you may obtain the Robarg Matrix as a random drop from Joint Operations.

This is the nice After-shatter with added DOT to enemies. Good for high Shatter-type characters. I put this to shatter-type Saki Fuwa and Humar. True tested best while fighting Bygone-Phantasm on those annoying shielded-enemies.
