How to Unlock Bound by Crimson Memories

Bound by Crimson Memories is unlocked by collecting a Purple Orb from the quest: Natural Distortion

How to Unlock
Explore deeper into the forest, until you encounter the second weather orb. Activate it and follow the path on the left until you reach a Dark Vent that you can break.
After breaking the Dark Vent, look to the right next to the bright colorful crystal, and you'll see a platform that allows you to go down by rope.
Drop down and keep following the path. until you reach a cave filled with enemies. Take them out to reach the corner of the cave.
There are two Orbs in this cave. One is in the middle that gives you equipment.The other one that unlocks the Hidden Mission is at the very end of the cave, which is guarded by a Tonberry. Defeat it and collect the Purple Orb.

Objectives
1	・Defeat First Wave of Enemies The main objective of this side mission is to defeat 17 enemies. The first area requires you to defeat 8 enemies. Defeat them to proceed to the next area.
2	・Defeat Second Wave of Enemies In the next area, you will be facing 8 more enemies. Once again, defeat them and go to the Cube and replenish yourself.
3	・Defeat the Fused Elemental After beating the second set of enemies and using the Cube, enter the huge door in the middle to face the Fused Elemental. Defeat it to complete the side mission.

Use Lightbringer

Lightbringer is effective against mobs of enemies, making it very useful against waves. Use this in the late stretches of waves to end fights quickly.
