Asura is a attack that sends out multiple ranged slashes. These slashes can be absorbed with soul shield and sent back to Marilith. In the second phase of the battle, this attack becomes imbued with fire magic making it a more potent attack.
Marilith, as the Fiend of Fire, is susceptible to Water-based Magic Attacks. However, Marilith is a lot more agile than Tiamat, and prefers to move around the battlefield more. It would be harder to land a hit unless Marilith is busy with your other companions.
Marilith's backside is more vulnerable to strike and slash. While you let your team mates attack it from the front, apply the same strategy used in the fight against Tiamat: Activate Ally Resonance and put your self in a position of advantage.
Attack | Description |
---|---|
Tail Flip | Marilith performs a flip and whips its tail down on unsuspecting victims. |

Blade Dance | Marilith focuses its energy to buff its melee attacks then lunges forward in a series of slashes and strikes. |
Rakshasa Slash | Marilith slashes three of its swords all at once in two wide strikes. |
Asura | Marilith performs a multitude of projectile slashes that can be absorbed by Soul Shield and sent back to it. |
Attack | Description |
---|---|
Stone Gaze | Marilith petrifies those caught in her gaze. |
Inferno | Marilith slams its six swords in the ground and make small holes that causes mini eruptions that affect multiple areas of effect. |
Asura * | In the second phase of the boss fight, Marilith will now coat Asura with fire magic making it more dangerous. This attack can still be absorbed with Soul Shield. |
You can find Marilith in the final area of Mount Gulg during the main mission: Memories of Fire. This particular boss is also location in the side mission: Ebon Memories: The Truthseeker
