Unlock Limit Releases For a Job

Limit Releases allow you to raise the level cap of a specific Job and can only be obtained by clearing missions on CHAOS Mode. Each job has three Limit releases, one from 30 to 55, a second from 55 to 80, and a third from 80 to 99. Unlock all three by clearing the necessary missions and then you can proceed to level up to 99.

Change The Mission Level and Rewards

To unlock certain Limit Releases, you will need to increase the mission level to change the completion rewards. Also if you unlock more than one Limit Release of the same type by clearing a mission of a higher difficulty, it is possible to raise the level cap by two or more tiers at once.

Level a Job Up to 99

The fastest way to level up to 99 is by farming Anima Crystals and spending them in the Job Tree for the Job you wish to level up. Anima Crystals are worth 10,000 EXP each, and one Job takes 3.5 million EXP to level up completely from level 1 to 99. So you will need around 350 for one job if you are starting from level 1, and 245-250 more to increase the best farming mission's level to 300 for more Anima Crystals per run.

The current best known way to farm Anima Crystals is in the mission Phantoms of the Past. There is a Hippogriff that drops Anima Crystals and respawns after resting at a Cube. Other useful missions to farm include Coral Memories: The Greedy and Coral Memories: The Avenger, as they are short missions that reward a good amount of Anima Crystals on repeat runs.

Unlock the Job Master Trophy

Job Mastery Trophy Unlocked at Level 99

The Job Master trophy is unlocked by leveling up any Job to 99. It takes roughly 3.5 million EXP to level a job up to the final level cap and Anima Crystals are worth 10,000 EXP each. After leveling past 30, any additional levels will grant you Master Points which you can spend in the Job Tree to raise a limited number of stats for that Job.
