The best way to gain Job Points is by playing main and side missions, and defeating all of the enemies you encounter. You will receive experience points for each enemy killed, giving you more Job Points to unlock more items in your Job Tree. Playing the same Job allows you to get weapons and armor that has high Job Affinity.
Job Affinity allows you to gain huge stat boosts and other bonuses for your current job. You can also gain Job Affinity from other jobs, and use their bonuses as well. You can create different types of builds and add stat boosts that can help improve your build and enhance your playstyle.
Having a Job Affinity for a different Job allows you to gain EXP for it. This means that you can level up multiple jobs at the same time as you progress through the game. This makes getting job points easier, allowing you to unlock more jobs.
Another way to give you more experience points that will give you Job Points are Anima Shards. These are items that you can receive when playing and replaying missions. Using multiple shards will allow you to gain more Job Points, allowing you to upgrade your Job Tree quicker. This is also a great way to unlock jobs faster, giving you more Job Tress to access.
