Info	The Swordfighter is a lot similar to your Swordfigher, with the exception that it offers more mobility in exchange to a drop in damage output. Swordfighters can intercept enemy attacks with a successful guard, nullifying the enemy's attack and dealing counter damage in the process.
Job Action	Interception: A counterattack that deals slashing damage. While active, damage from blockable attacks is nullified and will trigger a counterattack. Effect ensds after a period of time, or after triggering once.

Swordfighter Tips & How to Use

A More Agile Swordsman

Compared to your first job, the Swordsman, the Swordfighter uses a lighter sword. This gives the Swordfighter a faster attack pattern due to the difference in the weight of the weapon. By exchanging a bit of damage output for better movement and attack speeds, the Swordfighter is able to acculumate damage almost on par with a Swordsman while not sacrificing mobility for dodges and evades.

Block to Minimize Damage

This job also offers better defenses because of the ability to equip and use a Shield. Press your designated Guard button to perform a shield block and minimize the damage you take. Pair it with its ability Interception, all damage from blockable attacks get nullified and trigger a counterattack.

Equip a Sword

The Swordfighter is available at the earliest stages the game and can be unlocked by simply equipping any Sword.
