Info The Pugilist is a hand-to-hand combatant. It has good overall balance of attack and defense, however, it's selling point is the barrage of blows it lands with explosive fist.
Job Action Explosive Fist: Deliver a weightly striking blow. Hold Ability to continue the assault, slowly increasing the number of attacks made.

Use the ability Explosive Fist to launch a barrage of punches on an enemy. This opens a window of opportunity for the enemy to be staggered, or deplete its break gauge enough to initiate a Soul Burst.

Sting like a bee! The Pugilist's ability is highly dependent on agility. This will allow you to bob and weave through enemy attacks while creating openings for your own attacks!

How to Unlock Pugilist

Equip a pair of Knuckles

The Pugilist is available at the earliest stages the game and can be unlocked by simply equipping any pair of Knuckles.
