After Phase 7 of the Kasane Route a Winery Chinery Other will begin consistently spawning in Floor 3 of the Mizuhagawa District Construction Site. Deal the final blow to it using Arashi Spring's Combo Vision to complete the quest.
In order to use Combo Vision, players will need a Bond Level 3 with Arashi Spring.
To use her Combo Vision, press LB + Arashi (Xbox) / L1 + Arashi (PS) / Ctrl + Arashi (PC).

You do not need to deal the finishing blow with the attack. The best way to do these is to break the armor of the enemies, use the vision attack, and then kill it with L2 while the vision attack is going. This works for all of the different quests of this type.
