From a distance, Suoh NDF troopers will shoot at you with their rifles, causing minimal damage. These can be easy to avoid if you keep moving from place to place.

Rush and Bash

Suoh NDF troopers will bring out a shield that it will then use to try and ram you. These are telegraphed early on in their attack, and can be easily avoided and used as a point of counterattack.
