To get the Black Key that opens the black chest in the shop in Twilight Town, you need to move the boulder that is blocking the entrance on the shed in Twilight Trail.

Simply stand in front of the boulder and move it towards the left to get access to the shed's entrance. Go inside the shed to get the Black Key.
