You need to select Mario..., likes..., which person..., and the most? to successfully play the Petuni's game and get the Mystic Egg.

Exit Area to Get Another Mystic Egg

If you need more Mystic Eggs, you can simply exit the Great Tree, move to another location, then go back to the area and talk to Petuni again.
