Two full playthroughs. This is the ACTUAL tier list for the Bestower of All Chapters and the secret super boss. S -- Will do well in any team and with any setup and perform without any focused team-building or setup work. A -- Great characters that take some work, but can be just as good as S depending on the right team/build. B -- Good characters you will use during your game, but ultimately will fall short and be replaced by A-tier or S-tier characters. C -- You should NEVER use.
lol get Alexia out of S tier
You can turn-off cover so Olberic doesn't randomly dies, the native surpassing power is very strong but it needs proper setup unlike Raime which is easier to use.
Tier list for all character obtainable before beginning Bestower of All, assuming the player has moved on from the early game.

Carinda and Delitia both bring fairly unique skill sets, passives and ultimates that largely cannot be effectively replicated. Looking at the list, I recognize now too that Phenn, Alfyn, and (maybe) Primrose should also be S-teir and Reime is probably not.
If you can, I was wondering what makes certain s and a tier characters good like carinda and delitia since I've been thinking of using them.
I swear people have not played this game. Here is a far more accurate tier list. Honestly, most of the characters in this game are pretty balanced, all things considered. There are definitely some that shine much more than others, hence the S tier ranking. The A-teir characters are also very good, just not as good as S-tier. B have their place in the game as characters you can use until you unlock S and A tier characters. C tier characters are the only ones that should never be used.
This is a WAY more accurate tier list -- just sayin.
For the S-rank, I chose characters who possess the strongest offensive skills. The front line is fixed with Rayme, Richard, and Sazantos, making sure Richard acts first (has the highest speed). Shearsha must be set in the back line. For the remaining slots, it's fine to complement the team with preferred A-rank characters for support or additional damage (DPS).
