Use Duskfall to Damage Both Aides
Have Alexia use Duskfall on her every turn to deal damage to both Aides during the fight. Aide (Vanguard) fights alongside Aide (Rearguard) and both are weak against Dark, so using and boosting this skill every turn can help speed up the fight!

Attack the Rearguard Aide First
Aide (Rearguard) has less shield compared to the Vanguard so it's a good idea to have your other characters attack it first to reduce the damage you get from both enemies.
The Rearguard Aide can also heal itself so defeating it will prevent prolonging the fight!
