Watch for Text that Shows the Boss' Actions
During the fight, a text box will appear at the top of the screen saying what the Ring-Sealed Beast will do next during their turn. Make sure to watch the top of the screen for the text so that you can also plan your next moves accordingly.
As a note, its AoE attack is very powerful and can easily devastate your entire party. Whenever it's about to use that move, make sure to either heal up the front row or swap your main party members to the back to protect them.
Have Sazantos in the Party
At this point in the story, Sazantos will join your team, and you'll want to have him in the party since he's one of the best characters in the game. He's also really good against this boss specifically since he can exploit its Sword and Light weaknesses, and he can easily decimate its shields with Transcendent Light!
