Tatloch Bestower of All
After defeating Cursed Princess Elrica in Hell, return to Castle Edoras: Throne Room and speak to King Solon. Bestower of All Chapter 4 begins with a strategy meeting about finding the Gate of Finis and leading the charge into Hell. Richard, Bargello, Rondo, and you volunteer for the mission, but Rondo insists you need one more companion. Follow him down to Tatloch’s prison cell, where Tatloch is offered a pardon in exchange for helping the cause. She accepts simply to relieve her boredom and automatically joins your party.
