Pay Attention to Her Changing Stances
Fallen Elrica maintains a Physical Evasion Stance, causing all physical attacks to miss. While this stance is active, rely on magic attacks to deal damage—especially Lightning and Dark, which she is weak against.
After recovering from a Break, she casts Reckless Rage and Stand Firm, the latter of which locks her elemental weaknesses. During this state, switch to other magic types to maintain pressure.
Once you've chipped off enough of her HP, she will use Ward of the Black Flame, increasing almost all of her attributes (Phys. Atk., Phys. Def, Elem. Atk, Elem. Def, and Crit.).
Use Multi-Hit Physical Attacks to Deplete Her Evasion Boost Fast
While Fallen Elrica has Stand Firm active, you can use multi-hit physical attacks to quickly deplete her evasion boost, allowing you to target her with weapons she is weak to, such as Polearms, Axes, and Tomes.

Fallen Elrica is vulnerable to Lightning and Dark. Bring characters specializing in these elements to maximize damage and break her shields effectively, like Alexia with her Lightning Blast and Duskblight and Goodwin with his Song of Levin.
Stock Up on Status Curing Items
Most of Elrica's physical and magical attacks inflict debilitating status ailments, including Blindness, Sleep, and Bleeding. Bring plenty of restorative items to clear these effects and not waste a turn.
Focus on curing Bleeding as it drains HP continuously.
