Town Tasks
Town tasks are side quests designed to help improve Wishvale. Most involve removing rubble to expand the land available for construction. The more you restore, the more areas you can develop.
If you run out of things to do, check available town tasks to keep progressing.
Gathering Materials
Each building requires materials, which appear in the overworld as glowing blue glints. These materials respawn over time, so you can farm them as needed to continue building.
Constructing Buildings and Structures
Constructing buildings is a primary way to improve Wishvale. You can also build functional structures like shops and taverns that benefit your party. More buildings also allow more residents to live in the town.
List of All Town Structures and How to Build Them
Inviting Residents
You can invite certain NPCs to live in Wishvale, but you'll need to have a house built for them.
You can recruit these NPCs via Path Actions. You'll need to Inquire about them first, then Invite them if your influence is high enough.
Residents Have Their Own Skills
Residents offer Resident Skills once they have a home. These skills can provide resources, items, or other benefits to help you progress in the game.
Upgrading Town Level
Your town level rises naturally as you progress through the story. Each level increase expands the available population cap and unlocks more buildings, decorations, and statues you can place around Wishvale. Keep advancing the main story to open up new development options for the town.

Best Building Placements
Place Key Buildings at the Front
Place key buildings, like the Shop, Training Ground, Monster Arena, or Museum, near the entrance so they’re easy to access and visually stand out.
Residential houses and less critical structures can be placed further back to maximize space and keep the layout organized.
Town Expands As It Levels Up
With each town level increase, new land becomes available for construction. Plan ahead to leave room for shops, taverns, decorations, and statues, so your town can grow efficiently while keeping everything organized and accessible.
How to Start Building
Interact With the Toolbox in Wishvale
You can interact with the toolbox near the bridge to start constructing buildings. The toolbox will have a hammer icon on it and it's impossible to miss!
Talk to Stia
Once you build a workshop, Stia will be residing here, you can also talk to her if you want to construct buildings!
