Most of the items can be used in combat. Recovery Items restore HP, SP, BP, or the Ultimate Technique Gauge. Battle Items can inflict status ailments on enemies.
Herbs heal or remove status ailments from allies, while Soulstones deal elemental damage to all foes at once.

Nuts are permanent stat boosters. Use them outside of battle from your inventory to strengthen your characters’ stats for the long run.

Ingredients let you cook dishes once your Hub in Wishvale is built. Each dish has its own effect, so experimenting can give your team unique advantages.

Many items can be sold for extra cash. If the description mentions it will “fetch a certain amount of money if sold,” you can safely turn it into extra and easy money.
