How to Recruit Reime

Chapter Unlock Bestower of Wealth Ch. 3
Unlock Condition Find her in Victors Hollow and defeat her in an arena battle. Can be done during Bestower of Wealth Ch. 3.
Location Victors Hollow

Speak with Delvecchio in Victors Hollow

Reime Start of Encounter
Head to the Old Quarter in Victors Hollow and enter the leftmost building. Talk to Delvecchio to start the Underground Arena battles and he will send you into your first fight.

Win Battles Below and Above Ground

Reime Underground Arena
Win the first match in the Underground Arena. Reime will interrupt before the second match and demand to fight above ground. Speak to Delvecchio to move the battles to the Main Arena, then fight two rounds of battles, talking to Delvecchio each time to proceed to the next round until you reach Reime.

Defeat Reime and Recruit Her

Reime Main Arena
On the third Main Arena round, Reime steps in as your opponent. Defeat her to prove your strength. She will ask to speak with you afterward and officially joins your party.

Note that she is weak against Axes, Fans, and Electricity.
