Chapter Unlock Any time after the Prologue
Unlock Condition Joins after obtaining the Letter Fragment and Entreating her in Theatropolis. Can be done after completing the prologue.
Location Theatropolis

Obtain the Letter Fragment

Travel to Theatropolis
Travel to Theatropolis and enter the public library. Inspect the glowing point inside to collect the Letter Fragment.

Talk to Alexia then Entreat Her

Recruit Alexia

Talk to Alexia in the library and Entreat her for her item. This triggers a story cutscene and she will join you afterwards.
