How to Restore Reputation

Restore Your Town Reputation at the Tavern

Restore Reputation in Theatropolis

When your reputation has gone sour, you will need to go to the bartender at the town's tavern and select 'Restore Reputation' to get your reputaton fixed. You will need to pay a fee in order to get your reputation restored so that you can use Path Actions again.

What Does Reputation Do

Allows You to Use Path Actions

Entreat Path Action

Having good relations in a town will allow you to perform Path Actions. Path Actions are special actions that you can take outside of combat when interacting with townsfolk, and have the chance to succeed or fail based on a given success rate.

Successful Path Actions can lead to rewards and benefits such as haggled prices, free items or equipment, new town residents, or even extra hands in battle.

Path Actions Guide

Bad Reputation Prevents Path Actions

Soured Town Relations

However, if you fail too many Path Actions, you may end up souring your relations with a town. When your reputation is soured, you will be unable to use any Path Action within town until your reputation is restored.

You are allowed to have only 5 fails before your reputation takes a hit. If you fail on a Path Action, such as losing in a contend battle, or failing to entreat, you will lose 1 fail.
