Agree to Help Delitia Find Her Brother

Talk to Delitia and Contend Against Her
Head to Emberglow, where you can find Delitia in front of the tavern. Speak with Delitia, then proceed to contend with her. You must win against her to progress the An Encounter with Delitia side story.
You can recruit Delitia as early as during Master of Power Chapter 2. However, it is highly recommended to head to Emberglow when you've reached at least level 16, due to the level of the monsters you'll need to face to get there.

Agree to Help Find Delitia's Brother
After defeating Delitia, she will ask you to help her find her brother. Agree to her request, and she will join your party.

A hunter who grew up in the deserts of the Sunlands. She takes great pride in the clan she belongs to, and refuses to change out of her light traditional outfit no matter what environment she finds herself in. She is currently searching for her older brother who is next in line to be clan leader. Fresh seafood is something of a novelty to her, and she would love to try some.
