Special Decorations are unique structures in Octopath Traveler 0 (Octopath 0) that you can place in Wishvale to gain special bonuses. Read on for a list of every Special Decoration, how to build them, and how to use them effectively!

How to Build Special Decorations
Gather Materials and Start Constructing
Most Special Decorations require materials to be built. Once you have the required resources, visit Stia or the construction toolbox in Wishvale to build the decoration and place it where you like.
Get the Eerie Statue From A Chest
The Eerie Statue specifically, is obtained through exploration rather than crafting. You can find this in a chest inside Nomo The Scholar's house.
Get Special Decorations via Save Data Bonus

You can get both the Blue Cait Statue and the Blue Octopuff Statue if you have a saved data from Octopath Traveler and Octopath Traveler 2.
In addition to this, you can obtain other consumable items if you have save data from other select games.

Increase EXP and Money Gain
Decorations like the Cait Statues boost both EXP and Leaves gained after every battle while placed in Wishvale.
Do note that Cait Statue effects don't stack, so the one with the highest effect will always activate whether you have multiple statues placed in town.

Increase JP Gain
The Octopuff Statues increases JP earned after battle, letting characters gain new skills more quickly.
Similar to the Cait Statues, Octopuff Statue effects do not stack.
Increase Item Drop Rate
Some Special Decorations, like the Silver or Gold Scales, raise the chance for enemies to drop items, improving your loot efficiency.
Increase Harvest Speed
Decorations like Margot’s Farming Tool or Gold Food Trough reduce harvest wait times in fields or ranches, letting you gather food faster.
Resource Storage
Harvest Boxes and Storage Boxes automatically store food and other resources, freeing up inventory space and keeping your town organized.
Block EXP Gain
The Eerie Statue prevents EXP gain while placed, perfect for those who only aim to farm JP without leveling up.
What Does the Eerie Statue Do?
Effects From the Same Decoration Type Do Not Stack
Placing multiple copies of the same type of decoration will not stack their effects. Plan carefully to get the most benefit from unique decorations.
