Chapter Unlock Any time after getting all Letter Fragments and obtaining the ship
Unlock Condition Find him on the Isle of Sages after collecting all 5 Letter Fragments.

Joins After Obtaining All 5 Letter Fragments

How to Recruit Alaune
To recruit Isla, you must first collect all 5 Letter Fragments and have access to a boat. This can be done after completing both Master of All and The Rings Sealed Away Finale.

Once you have gathered every Letter Fragment, you will obtain a Secret Invitation that will grant entrance to the Isle of Sages.

How to Recruit Alaune
Use your boat to reach the Isle of Sages. Upon arrival, you will meet Isla, the Cait Scholar. Isla automatically joins your party.
