You'll need to destroy all of the rings surrounding the Bestower of All to directly damage it, and the fight will start with the Ring of the Prince of Thieves, Ring of the Thunderblade, and Ring of the Huntress as your main opponents.
While these rings don't do much damage, all of them can inflict debilitating status effects such as Poison, Sleep, and Paralysis.
The Ring of the Prince of Thieves is the most dangerous and should be prioritized above the other rings. Once it starts to glow radiantly, it's preparing to use an attack called Mass Fatal Sentence to all front row characters. You need to quickly shield break the ring before its next turn or all of your front row characters will get instantly killed after 3 turns.

Once the first three rings are defeated, you'll need to fight against the Ring of the Scholarking. Although this fight doesn't have any instant kill mechanics, many of its moves can inflict SP Sap which can make breaking its shield tough if you don't have SP-recovery items such as Inspiring Plums.
Alfyn is a great character to have for the entire fight since his Heightened Healing support skill increases the amount of HP and SP he can restore with Inspiring Plums.

The last three rings have a mechanic where if only one remaining ring is left alive, it will create a field-wide effect that inflicts debuffs to the entire party. These field-wide effects can be removed by shield breaking the remaining ring.
If the Ring of the Charitable is the only one left alive, it will use Cursed Barrier to create a Calamity Field which inflicts random negative status effects to the entire party. The Ring of the Lady of Grace will use Absorption Barrier to create a Life Absorption field that slowly drains the party's HP and SP while also restoring its own HP and SP.
Finally, defeating the Ring of the Trader last will cause it to use Stillness Barrier which will create a Stillness Field that locks your characters' skills.
Defeat the Ring of the Charitable Last
We recommend you defeat the Ring of the Charitable last as although the Calamity Field will inflict random status effects, it's more manageable compared to the other field-wide effects.
Alfyn or a Protagonist with the Apothecary job can help mitigate these status effects with Rehabilitate which you can use to cure and grant immunity to status ailments to one character for two turns.

The Bestower of All has very powerful attacks, but its most powerful is Re-creation which deals 9999 damage to the front row characters if it manages to get full BP.
You can prevent the boss from using this attack as well its countdown attacks by breaking his shield. Characters that can deal Ice damage are great for this fight since the boss is weak to Ice in four of his weakness sets. Characters like Xerc, Cyrus, and Delitia can all use Ice moves, as well as weapons that the boss is weak to.
The boss is also weak to Light damage in four of his weakness sets which a Protagonist can take advantage of by changing to the Scholar job and using boosted Blinding Light.
Use Boosted Skills After the Scripted Event
Once the Bestower of All's HP is reduced to around 30%, it will use either Divine Abyss or The Void to deal 99999 damage and kill all characters. This is a scripted event and your characters will eventually have their HP and SP restored, as well as receive several offensive and defensive buffs.
The Bestower of All's shield will also get reduced to just 24, so use as many boosts on your most powerful skills as well as any offensive ultimates to shield break and deal as much damage to the boss to end the fight!

The Bestower of All is the final boss of the At Journey's End quest of the Bestower of All questline and is fought at the Altar of Heavenly Peals.
