Equip Gear on All Your Characters
You have the option to fight with all 36 characters in this boss fight if you've recruited all characters in the game, so make sure to gear up all of your characters with their strongest equipment before heading into the fight.

Have a Healer in Each Party Composition
You'll want to make sure you have at least one dedicated healer in each party composition during this fight. Clerics like Pius, Laurana, and Ophilia can handle healing on their own thanks to their Heal Wounds skill.
Support charcaters with healing skills like Saoirse can also fill the primary healer role, though unlike the clerics, her Dance of Repose provides HP regeneration for three turns instead of burst healing, and should be partnered with other support characters like Alfyn who can provide minor burst healing with First Aid.
Defeat the Void-Sundering Arm and Demonic Spear First

Your priority during this fight is to defeat the Void-Sundering Arm first, followed by the Demonic Spear. The Void-Sundering Arm can inflict several debilitating status effects with its moves such as Sleep, Paralysis, and Bleeding, and can also reduce BP with its Dreadful Loss attack.
Meanwhile, the Demonic Spear has a move called Blinding Thrust which prevents switching for three turns on all characters in the front row. It's slightly easier to handle than the Void-Sundering Arm, but you should also prioritize shield breaking it to ensure you can switch your characters around when you need to heal.
Defeating both the Void-Sundering Arm and Demonic Spear also reduces Or'galdera's shield from 99 to just 30, which will make shield breaking him a lot easier.

Or'galdera will constantly change his weakness at the end of his turn, but he's always weak to Light damage. While you have more characters and damage types for this fight, you should always boost the damage of characters that can inflict this damage type to speed up breaking his shield.
Characters like Sazantos, Alaune, Ophilia, and Elrica are some of the characters that can inflict strong Light damage with their skills. The Protagonist can also inflict this damage type through the Scholar's Luminescence and Blinding Light, as well as the Cleric's Holy Light and Light of Judgment.
