Bring Ways to Counter Paralysis

The most annoying part of this fight is that Cerro can paralyze your party members, causing them to miss turns. To make sure that your team doesn't get crippled, it's recommended to bring ways to counter paralysis, such as an Apothecary's Rehabilitate or Herbs of Vigor.

Reduce Cerro's Physical Attack

Since the boss only deals physical damage, it's recommended to lower their Phys. Atk. stat. There are a ton of skills that can do this, so make sure you bring someone who can cast a Phys. Atk. reducing debuff.
