Stock up on Herbs of Valor
Have a lot of Herbs of Valor prepared to remove the Terror status that Tytos inflicts on your members using Rule by Fear. You can buy some at Emberglow's Apothecary.
This debuff prevents the afflicted unit from gaining BP, which puts you in a huge disadvantage when placed on members that can exploit Tytos' weaknesses.

Chapter Unlock: Master of Fame Ch. 3
Theatropolis Find her in Theatropolis Amphitheatre and perform with her by answering the dance prompts correctly. Can be done during Master of Fame Ch. 3. |
If you've completed the Master of Fame questline before this, you can unlock the ability to recruit Saoirse. Her Wind Dance Skills and ability to hold Daggers can also help break Tytos' shields.
Also, using Dance of Respite can keep your front and back row healthy so your other units can focus on breaking Tytos' shield. Mole Dance can also increase an ally's Physical Defense which is a nice bonus.
Keep Yourself Healthy for the Second Phase
Note that you will not have a chance to heal after Tytos' transformation, so do try to keep your units healthy before knocking out the first phase. Fortunately, any Status Conditions will not carry over.
Manage Your BP During the Second Phase
In the second phase, Tytos will start by putting up a barrier that drains 1 BP from the front row members per turn on top of still being able to inflict Terror on your members. The only way to break the barrier is to deplete Tytos' Shield.
Fortunately, those in the back row when the barrier was placed will be unaffected, so you can let them passively gain BP. If you have the corresponding Support Skills, keep Phenn and Viator at the front as they can counter attack and further help in breaking the shield.
