Switch Paralyzed Party Members with the Back Row
Sonia has a Numbing Stab attack, which causes Paralysis for 3 Turns. You can swap out a Paralyzed member to the back row to recover and be safe from further attacks. Save your Paralysis cures, like the Herb of Vigor, on your most important members like the Protagonist and Healer.
Use Plenty of Multi-Hit Attacks to Break Her Shield
Sonia has High Evasion and can dodge many of your attacks. If you are close to breaking her shield, use Boost attacks or multi-hit skills to increase your chances of stunning her quicker as she has a high chance of evading them.
Watch Out for Her Own Multi-Hit Attacks
As the fight progresses, she begins using more multi-hit attacks in a single turn, dealing heavy damage to multiple party members. When her turn is approaching, have your tank use Goad to draw her attacks, and make your squishy members (especially the Healer) Defend. Heal up after the onslaught to prevent any downs when she attacks again.
