Cat Whiskers are as expensive as they are rare, and selling one will net you an easy 40,000 Leaves. Use Steal on a Cait in order to get a Cat Whisker. However, keep in mind that Caits are very evasive. It is likely that during your first few encounters, a Cait may escape before you defeat them.
With the Snatch Mastery equipped while using the Aeber's Artifice Ultimate skill, every successful steal will reward two Cat Whiskers instead of one with a 100% Success Rate, that's an instant 80,000 Leaves!

Additionally, you can also build a Silver and Gold Cait Statue, which provides even more Money and EXP gain!
How to Link Save Data From Other Games
Caits are unique enemies that are randomly encountered across the map and have different types which also give different amounts of EXP, Leaves, and JP.
They are very rare to encounter, are hard to hit, and will escape if you don't kill them fast enough. It is best to prepare to defeat them as fast as possible.
The Lucky Coin works exactly like the More Rare Monsters mastery, as it boosts your rare monster encounter rate. This allows you to run into enemies such as Caits more often.

| Prosperity Charm |
Receive additional leaves received at the end of battle |
The Prosperity Charm allows you to earn additional leaves after every battle as long as it is equipped. You can get this accessory inside the Blue Chest found in Shepherds Rock Pass, it is advisable to get this earlier for more EXP!

You can use Path Actions on NPCs to get items that you can sell later on. You can Contend and Entreat to get items for free. However, if you are purchasing an item from an NPC, make sure to Haggle in order to lower the price. This will ensure that you will get a profit from selling the bought item.

You can also earn money by selling items you do not need such as older weapons or equipment if you already have better weapons and equipment at hand.
There are also other items that are only used for selling, so use them as soon as you get them.

You can use leaves to buy items such as medicine, weapons, armor, and accessories on shops, merchants, and NPCs within a town.
Leaves can also be used to rest at an inn, which can also be located within towns.
