Victory Condition: Defeat Guan Hai
Come to the rescue of Kong Rong and his men and defeat Guan Hai to achieve victory.
Defeat Condition: Several Defeat Conditions
The mission will end in a loss if Kong Rong, Liu Bei, or Taishi Chi is forced to flee. Likewise, if any of the Castle Gates get destroyed during the enemy siege, you also lose the mission.
How to Unlock Battle of Beihai
Finish Battle of Jieqiao
Finish the previous mission Battle of Jieqiao to unlock this one. You must make contributions to and join the Shu Faction to gain access to this mission.

Rescue Kong Rong to the Northeast
The moment the mission begins, Kong Rong and his forces are being attacked from all sides as they hold their position in the Northeastern corner of the map. Get to him before his defenses are overwhelmed.
Destroy the Enemy Siege Weapons when they Appear
Defeat enemy officers you encounter while enroute to Kong Rong's position. On the way, the enemy will deploy Siege Weaponry and start attacking the Castle Walls. Rush to destroy these weapons and ensure that no walls fall.
After you manage to destroy the weapons, enemy Siege Towers will spawn and will continue the assault on the walls. Destroy these before they reach the walls.
Defend the Garrison from Guan Hai
If you've managed to push back the assault from Guan Hai's forces, he'll personally lead a frontal assault on the garrison. Engage his force and defeat Guan Hai to complete this mission.
Battle of Beihai Rewards
Weapon Proficiency
Weapon Proficiency will be rewarded based on the weapons used in battle. Ranking up weapon proficiency raises Wanderer's level, and reaching certain levels will unlock new skill trees to spend skill points on.
Skill Points and Mount EXP
Skill points and Mount EXP are also awarded based on the number of enemies defeated and which Horse was used.
These rewards vary greatly depending on the Wanderer's performance during battle.
