Locate and defeat Huang Zu and Liu Xun to win the battle.

Defeat Condition: Sun Ce is Forced to Flee

Prevent Sun Ce from fleeing the battlefield by watching his condition, assisting him in fights, and raising the team's morale.

Finish Conquest of Wu

Clear Conquest of Wu in Chapter 4 to proceed and unlock Battle of Mt. Xisai. You must be in the Wu Faction to gain access to this mission.

Deal with the Enemy Ambush Intercept the Enemy Advance Advance on Liu Xun with Zhou Yu Defeat Huang Zu

Deal with the Enemy Ambush

Shortly after the battle begins, the enemy will spring an ambush as you move to try and take the enemy base on the Southeastern part of the map.

Intercept the Enemy Advance

Shortly after taking the Southeastern base, Liu Xun's forces will try to move on Sun Ce. Intercept the enemy's forces and make sure to aggro at least one of the squads to make it easier for Sun Ce's forces to deal with whatever's left.

Advance on Liu Xun with Zhou Yu

Zhou Yu will later muster his forces and advance on the enemy's Eastern Base. Link up with Zhou Yu and take the entire Eastern Side of the map.

Confront the Mysterious Stranger

Upon arriving at the Eastern base, a Mysterious Stranger (Bailuan) will appear and challenge you. Conquer the base by defeating the Mysterious Stranger.

Defeat Huang Zu

By the time you defeat Liu Xun, the last thing needed is to storm Huang Zu's main camp and defeat him. Regroup with Sun Ce and take down Huang Zu and his men.

Battle of Mt. Xisai Rewards

Weapon Proficiency

Weapon Proficiency will be rewarded based on the weapon/s used in battle. Ranking up weapon proficiency raises Wanderer's level, and reaching certain levels will unlock new skill trees to spend skill points on.

Best Skills to Get First

Skill Points and Mount EXP

Skill points and Mount EXP are also awarded based on the number of enemies defeated and which Horse was used.

These rewards vary greatly depending on the Wanderer's performance during battle.
