Meat Buns can be found at all Bases, even those not occupied by your side. Their locations are marked with a Meat Bun icon on the map. Simply open your map to track them and break the Meat Bun Pots in those areas to collect more Buns when needed!
Enemy Officers have a chance to drop Meat Buns after defeating them in battle, automatically restoring any health you may have lost while in combat. However, this feature becomes unavailable when playing in Hero Difficulty.
You can increase the amount of Meat Buns you carry to a maximum of 6 by unlocking the Meat Bun Glutton Skill which appears at the Knight-Errant, Master, and Hero Rank Skill Panels. Every upgrade of this Skill unlocked will progressively cost more Skill Points so be sure to budget and allocate them first where necessary.
Meat Buns are essential for health recovery during battle, offering crucial boosts in dire situations. They are a staple for survivability and cannot be replaced on your Portable Items bar.
If you pick up Meat Buns while your slots are full and your health is low, they will automatically be consumed to restore your health instantly. Any excess Meat Buns cannot be picked up once you have reached the maximum amount carried.
You can unlock the Greater Gratification skills from the Adept and Master Rank Skill Panels, costing 40 and 80 Skill Points respectively. These skills increase the healing amount of Meat Buns.
Meat Bun consumption can be automated through the Pause Menu under the Configuration tab. Toggle Auto-Use Meat Buns On to automatically consume once the Wanderer's health falls to a certain threshold.
