To get the Lurking Luan Sword ultimate weapon, you need to complete the challenge in the The Final Battle Against The Yellow Turbans Main Battle while playing in Ultimate Warrior difficulty.

This challenge will task you to break Zhang Bao's large force within 15 minutes, so try to clear enemy units as quickly as you can.
