Locate and defeat Lu Bu at his main camp to the Northeast to win the battle.

Defeat Condition: Either Cao Cao or Guo Jia Is Forced to Flee

Prevent Cao Cao and Guo Jia from fleeing the battlefield by watching their condition, assisting either during fights, and raising the team's morale.

Advance on Enemy Reinforcement Points Advance with the Main Force Defeat Lu Bu

Advance on Enemy Reinforcement Points

At the start of the mission, Guo Jia will remark that the enemy is holed up in Puyang Castle, relying on reinforcements to help hold their position. You and allied officers will then move to capture the enemy reinforcement points.

Sometime into the advance, Xun Yu and Xiahou Yuan will head towards Puyang Castle, breaking off from the main assault.

Duel Enemy Officers to Capture Reinforcement Points

The points are held by enemy officers, whom you have to Duel and beat to gain ownership of the points and gain morale while you're at it.

Advance with the Main Force

Once all of the reinforcement points are yours, Cao Cao will rally the main force and head towards Puyang Castle. This will lure out Lu Bu and his vanguard.

Guide Allies to the High Grounds

With the main enemy force cornered, lead Cao Chun and Zhu Ling to capture the high grounds, giving you a bigger advantage.

Defeat Lu Bu

Capture the high grounds and defeat the enemy officers holding the points, one of which is Zhang Liao. Lu Bu should be the last one standing because of his very high stats. Defeat him to win the battle.

Weapon Proficiency

Weapon Proficiency will be rewarded based on the weapons used in battle. Ranking up weapon proficiency raises Wanderer's level, and reaching certain levels will unlock new skill trees to spend skill points on.

Best Skills to Get First

Skill Points and Mount EXP

Skill points and Mount EXP are also awarded based on the number of enemies defeated and which Horse was used.

These rewards vary greatly depending on the Wanderer's performance during battle.
