The Halberd and Wheels are the best weapons in Dynasty Warriors: Origins, for their wide range and crowd-control capabilities. The Halberd is a great weapon type that's versatile for all players, while the Wheels may take some practice due to its catching mechanic, but can payoff with good damage and range.
Let Us Know Why in the Comments!

The Halberd, befitting its status as Lu Bu's weapon of choice, is a powerful weapon that boasts great damage, wide range, and strong Battle Arts to boot. It is incredibly strong and can take on any foe the game has to offer.
Though it is restricted as a post-game weapon, it has options for crowd-control, damage, and mobility, making it extremely versatile in its coverage as well. For these reasons, it sits at the top of the weapon type rankings.

The Wheels feature a throwing mechanic wherein certain attacks will toss the wheels out and have them return to the player. Performing certain actions at the moment the wheels return lead to stronger attacks than normal.
This mechanic can be tricky to learn at first. However, the Wheels boast large range and burst damage potential, alongside powerful Arts as well. Learning to use them properly will reward players with a solid weapon all around.

The Twin Pikes are a combo-focused weapon type that excels at sending enemies airborne, and punishing them with attack strings and charged attacks afterwards.
The attacks can be slow and commitment-heavy, and charging can leave you exposed, but the pikes deal good damage on-hit. Overall, the Twin Pikes require some finesse to get a powerful payout.

The Lance lends itself to a playstyle centered around charging strong attacks, retaliating against enemies that attack you while doing so. It performs well across the board, leaving players with various options for dealing damage.
It lacks mobility and speed, and its counter-oriented playstyle means that there is damage downtime when enemies aren't attacking you during your charge. But the weapon still hits hard and performs well, earning its spot here.

The Crescent Blade brings wide, sweeping attacks that often hit all around the player in combat, as well as chargeable strong attacks to deal heavy damage.
This charging can be a drawback, as the weapon itself can feel slow due to its long animations and charging mechanic. While there are faster options, the Crescent Blade's extreme area-of-effect still gives it a crowd-control niche.
List of All Crescent Blades and How to Get

The first weapon of the game, the Sword, is an agile weapon that has access to several combos and Battle Arts to cover a variety of situations.
The Sword can struggle a bit due to short range, and lacking an effective damage option in one-on-one scenarios. However, its agility and versatility can make it a good weapon to depend on in any scenario.

The Podao is a large blade that utilizes strong charged attacks to deal with the opposition. Timing its attacks is crucial to doing the most damage when fighting with this weapon.
As it relies on charging attacks for maximum damage, the weapon falls to a slower playstyle by default. While this may be an issue for those looking for speed, the Podao is certainly not lacking in any regard on the damage side.

The Staff focuses on sending enemies airborne and attacking with quick strikes. It also sports above-average reach and mobility, allowing it better movement and range during fights.
Where the Staff falls short is a lack of high damage options, especially against high-Fortitude officers. Still, the Staff remains a good weapon for tactical control on the battlefield.
List of All Staves and How to Get

The Spear is received early in the game, and carries good range and the ability to knock enemies airborne. This can make it a strong early-game weapon option both offensively and defensively.
However, the Spear's attacks can lack in area-of-effect due to mainly striking in front of the character. It also does not have any notable combos, meaning that it can fall behind other weapons later on in the game.
List of All Spears and How to Get

The Gauntlets incorporate a unique stance mechanic which requires players to input specific commands to enter a stance, which provides a new set of attacks. These stances afford it a wide variety of attack options.
However, the stances take time to set-up and swap between, whereas other weapons can attack without any prior set-up. The Gauntlets offer an interesting challenge to those looking for one, but better weapons are available.
List of All Gauntlets and How to Get
During the post-game, the best weapons you can get are Grade 8 weapons but they could only be obtained after clearing Ultimate Warrior difficulty challenges.
While you're still trying to acquire Grade 8 weapons, you can buy and use Grade 7 weapons which will be added to all weapon shops after clearing Chapter 5 of the story.
While you're still trying to clear the game for the first time, Grade 6 weapons like the Gleaming Fangs EX are the best weapon grade you could obtain!

Gauntlets are amazing, They have there own mechanic that makes them unique unlike any other weapon. The tier list is your opinion and that is all. You couldn’t use a weapon style so you rate it badly. If I were you I think you need to let people find their own perfect weapon.
