Victory Condition: Defeat Zhang Bao Defeat Condition: Any Important Ally Flees

Victory Condition: Defeat Zhang Bao

Defeat Zhang Bao at the final area of Yingchuan to win the battle.

Defeat Condition: Either Huangfu Song, Zhu Jun, or Cao Cao Is Forced to Flee

Prevent Huangfu Song, Zhu Jun, or Cao Cao from fleeing the battlefield by watching their condition, assisting them during fights, and raising the team's morale.

How to Unlock Battle of Yingchuan

Unlocks After the Cutscene at Expeditionary Forces Camp

Progress through the story until you reach the Expeditionary Forces Camp for the first time.

Once the cutscene ends, The Battle of Yingchuan is unlocked.

Fight Against The Yellow Turbans

Execute enemy officers and proceed with the objective until you get prompted that the Yellow Turbans are using sorcery.

Survey Areas Using Eyes of the Sacred Bird

A tutorial about using Eyes of the Sacred Bird will show up and let the Wanderer use it to find the source of the dark magic being used.

This will easily lead the player to the location of the First Censer.

Destroy the First Censer to Detect Zhao Hong

The First Censer can be located at the tutorial area of using the Eyes of the Sacred Bird to figure out the source of the sorcery.

This is the first spot the trail will lead you to, and destroying the censer reveals an officer named Zhao Hong.

Avoid Hurricanes and Destroy the Second Censer

Use the Eyes of the Sacred Bird and follow the purple trail again. Make sure to avoid the hurricanes, and make your way towards the Second Censer that's behind a moving hurricane.

Destroy it, then head over to the Third Censer.

Destroy the Third Censer to Get Rid of the Hurricanes

The third censer is located Northward of the second censer, so make your way and try to avoid rapid moving hurricanes as much as possible.

After destroying the third censer, the hurricanes will disappear and the enemies will launch an all-out attack.

Be Aware of Your Team's State

With this mission, it's vital to pay attention to Huangfu Song, Zhu Jun, and Cao Cao to avoid being overwhelmed.

Make sure to stay close to one of them, and eliminate threats quickly to get to the main objective as soon as possible.

Defeat Zhang Bao to Win

Zhang Bao is a sword wielder, but the Wanderer can easily outplay him on the battlefield by dodging his attacks, and executing really good timings on Musou Attacks and War God Rage.

Once spotted, immediately attack and defeat him to win the battle.

Weapon Proficiency

Weapon Proficiency will be rewarded based on the weapons used in battle. Ranking up weapon proficiency raises Wanderer's level, and reaching certain levels will unlock new skill trees to spend skill points on.

Best Skills to Get First

Skill Points For Skill Panel Upgrades

After winning the battle, you will be rewarded with Skill Points to use for the Skill Panel Updgrades.
