Victory Condition: Defeat Liu Biao 2nd Victory Condition: Sun Ce Reaches the Escape Point Defeat Condition: Either Sun Jian or Sun Ce Flees

Victory Condition: Defeat Liu Biao

Defeat Liu Biao to win is the first victory condition of this battle. Changes will happen as the fight unfolds, so keep an eye on your objectives while on the battlefield!

2nd Victory Condition: Sun Ce Reaches the Escape Point

After Sun Jian gets taken down, Sun Ce will now lead the troops. Escort him to the escape point to win the battle!

Defeat Condition: Either Sun Jian or Sun Ce Flees

For this mission, make sure to mind and raise your morale to stop Sun Jian and Sun Ce from fleeing the battlefield and clear the objective.

How to Unlock Battle of Xiangyang

Clear Siege of Fan Castle

After clearing Siege of Fan Castle, a long cutscene with Wu Companions will play and Battle of Xiangyang gets unlocked.

Capture the Nearest Enemy Camp Fight the Phantom Soldiers and Zhang Jiao Escort Sun Ce to the Escape Point Charge Through Enemy Formation Defeat Enemy Officers Along the Way

Capture the Nearest Enemy Camp

Make your way to the nearest enemy camp and defeat enemy officers along the way. Have allied troops open the gate and capture the base!

Fight the Phantom Soldiers and Zhang Jiao

Upon arriving at another enemy camp, Phantom soldiers will appear along with Zhang Jiao.

All enemies are designed to be unbeatable by default, so simply fight Zhang Jiao until a cutscene plays.

Escort Sun Ce to the Escape Point

After Sun Jian gets slain, the victory condition will change. Escort Sun Ce until he reaches the escape point!

Charge Through Enemy Formation

Use your musou to easily break through the enemy formation. Otherwise, use special attacks and rally troops to charge through!

Defeat Enemy Officers Along the Way

When near the exit, simply defeat officers and aid Wu companions in battle until Sun Ce reaches the escape point.

Skill Points and Mount EXP

Skill points and Mount EXP are also awarded based on the number of enemies defeated and which Horse was used. These rewards vary greatly depending on the Wanderer's performance during battle.
