You can apply Clothing to the Wanderer in order to alter his clothing, as this is the only customization option available in the game due to the absence of Character Creation.

Additional clothing was available by pre-ordering the game, which grants you the Nameless Warrior Garb for a digital purchase, and four recolors of the wanderer's base garbs with a physical purchase.

Equipping Accessories on the Wanderer does not visibly alter his in-game appearance; however, they grant various Buffs based on the ones you choose to equip.
