Raise the Liang Province's Peace Level

You obtain Chestnut by raising the Peace Level of the Liang Province to Level 1, then interacting with the nearest Liang Province Waymark to claim your rewards.

You can raise a province's peace level by doing missions, skirmishes, and requests in a specific province.
