Grants you 20 Skill Point(s). |
 Fortitude Pill

Increases you Defense by 100% for a limited time. |
 Fortitude Potion
|
Increases your Defense by 200% for a limited time. |
 ICHIRAN Noodles
|
Restores half of your Health. |
 Incense of Alacrity
|
Increases Endurance recovery speed by 150% for limited time. |
|
Incense of Solidarity
|
Revives fallen bodyguards. |
 Incense of Vitality
|
Restores Health by 70% for you and nearby allies. |
 Meat Buns
|
Restores some of your Health. |
 Meat Skewers
|
Restores half of your Health. |
|
Musou Bond
|
Instantly enables you to switch to your companion. |
 Panacea
|
Completely restores your health, bravery, and Musou Gauge. |
 Porridge
|
Fully restores your Health. |

Spirit Pill
|
Restores some of your Musou Gauge. |
 Stamina Pill
|
Restores your Bravery for 60 Seconds. |
 Stamina Potion
|
Restores your Bravery. Duration: 120 seconds |

Stamina Powder
|
Restores your Bravery. Duration: 30 seconds |

Strength Pill
|
Increases your Attack by 20% for a limited time. |
 Strength Potion
|
Increases you Attack by 60% for a limited time. |
 Treastise of Tactics
|
Greatly shortens the cooldown for Tactics for a limited time. |
 Vitality Pill
|
Restores half of your Health. |
|
Vitality Potion
|
Fully restores your Health. |
 Writ of Strategy
|
Temporarily shortens the cooldown for Tactics. |
How to Equip Items
Enter Battle Preparation
During the preparation screen before every battle, select Battle Preparation to be taken to the Equipment screen. Here, you will be able to equip and swap out your items.
Switch Out Portable Items
Find the Portable Items section at the bottom of the Equipment screen, then choose which items you wish to take into battle. Note that you cannot switch out your items after entering battle.
How to Use Items
Press Z or Up to Use Item
At the bottom left part of the screen you will see your item hotbar. Press Z on keyboard or Up on controller to use an item.
Scrolling up or down with the mouse changes the currently active item. You can do this on controller with the left or right directional buttons. You can also use number keys 1-4 on keyboard to immediately use the associated item.
